Chan Wai Ho Leo is a distinguished serial entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio of successful business ventures. In 2006, he co-founded Urban Anchor Limited, an architectural, interior design, and construction company. Expanding his operations to Malaysia in 2008, Leo co-founded Urban Anchor Development Sdn Bhd, which developed luxurious residential projects in Kuala Lumpur. Driven by his faith and passion for fashion, Leo co-founded AMENPAPA in 2010, a brand that innovatively uses fashion to express Bible stories and spread love worldwide.

In 2015, Leo established Builtmen Limited, a construction company that collaborated with some of the largest developers in Hong Kong. His most recent venture, Floww Limited, is a wellness and medical company that offers a one-stop holistic approach to body maintenance and preventive care through therapeutic massage, assisted stretching, and Electrotherapy, embodying its motto, "Healthy & Joyful, Inside & Out."

Leo is deeply committed to giving back and serving the community, particularly in the areas of entrepreneurship, youth development, and the design and creative industries. He serves as a Director of the Board for the Police Married Quarters (PMQ) arts and design hub, a Director of the Fashion Farm Foundation, and the Supervisor for one of Hong Kong's largest youth development networks, the Wofoo Leaders' Network (WLN). Additionally, he is the Chairman of a social innovation mentorship initiative called Social Innovation Through Entrepreneurship (SITE). Leo has also held positions as the Vice-Chairman of the Hong Kong Government's Create Smart Initiative (CSI) Vetting Committee, a Board of Director of the Entrepreneur Organisation Hong Kong, a Member of the Trade Development Council's Garment Advisory Committee, a Member of the Advisory Group on Implementation of Fashion Initiatives appointed by the Hong Kong Government, and a Council Member of the Design Council of Hong Kong.

In recognition of his significant contributions to youth development and the creative industries, Leo was awarded the Medal of Honor by the Hong Kong Government in 2016. He holds an M.S. International Housing degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and has previously worked as a Land Buyer for Berkeley Homes in the UK and as a Project Manager for Sino Land in Hong Kong.
