Minutes (MBA), was born in Hong Kong and raised both in Hong Kong and Australia. With her passion in helping people achieving optimal health, she has an in depth understanding on the process of achieving mental wellbeing with a spectrum of holistic approach that are backed by science. 
 
Her past 15 years of corporate experiences including working in major global banks,  insurers, reinsurers, specialise in life, health and wellness digital and offline initiatives in APAC. Her in depth knowledge of understanding the technicality help bridging the gap between science and alternative modalities.
