In 2018, Nathan co-founded MedMind Technology Limited, a healthtech startup that develops gamified platforms to support elderly care, particularly in the early detection and intervention of dementia. The company’s flagship product, NeuroGym, is an interactive tool aimed at helping medical professionals and caregivers identify cognitive decline in the elderly and provide engaging cognitive training.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Nathan worked at a multinational pharmaceutical company, where he excelled in sales and marketing, particularly in the public education of mental health disorders. His professional experience, coupled with his commitment to using technology for social good, has established him as a key figure in Hong Kong’s healthtech and social enterprise sectors.

Nathan also serves as a technology consultant for NGOs, helping them innovate their services to better serve their communities.
