Wing Chow is the founder of Chow's Entertainment Limited, a pioneering social enterprise dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of the elderly in Hong Kong through innovative entertainment and media platforms. Since founding the company in 2017, Wing has been passionate about creating meaningful content and services that bring joy and engagement to seniors.

Originally established as an unlimited social enterprise in 2018, Chow's Entertainment transitioned to a limited company in 2020. The company runs an online entertainment platform specifically designed for the elderly, with programs hosted by trained elderly Key Opinion Leaders (K.O.L.s). In addition, Wing has developed inter-generational services, including self-designed board games, workshops, and activities that foster connections between different generations.

Wing holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from City University of Hong Kong. She uses her expertise to manage a media production house that creates socially relevant, elderly-focused, and human-centered video content. Wing also offers video production courses for seniors, children, and youth, empowering them to tell their own stories through media.
